Charley Hoffman sits tied for second, four shots off the lead heading into the final round of the 2025 American Express tournament. At age 48, Hoffman continues to compete at a high level on the PGA Tour, crediting his sustained success to improved health and renewed confidence in warm weather conditions.

"When I'm healthy, the weather's warm, I feel like I can beat anybody in the world," Hoffman said. "When it's cold and my back's not feeling good, I don't think I can beat anybody in the world."
