Bryson DeChambeau Shuts Down LIV Exit Rumors, Commits to Long-Term Future
Bryson DeChambeau firmly denied rumors about leaving LIV Golf during a press conference ahead of the LIV event in Hong Kong. The Crushers GC captain expressed strong commitment to the league's future and his role within it.
"I'm very excited about the future of LIV Golf," DeChambeau stated. "I'm very excited to be the captain of the Crushers and continue our legacy that we're starting to create."

Addressing speculation about returning to the PGA Tour after his contract expires in 2026, DeChambeau emphasized his belief in LIV's continued growth: "It's going to grow at an exponentiating pace for years to come, and we aren't going anywhere."
The former U.S. Open champion also shared updates about his game preparation, including a January 6 practice round at Augusta National. Following his T-6 finish at last year's Masters, DeChambeau expressed confidence about the upcoming major season.
"I'm ready. I feel like I'm ready," DeChambeau said. "I've made some switches with the golf ball, and this week, we're trying it out. It's been pretty solid so far."
The LIV Golf schedule continues with events in Hong Kong and Singapore, followed by a break before returning to Trump National Doral in Miami during Masters week.
These developments come amid ongoing partnership talks between the PGA Tour and the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund, though significant challenges remain in unifying professional golf, particularly regarding tour structure and player participation.
