$5M Prize Money To Be Shared At 2025 PIF Saudi Ladies International Tournament

The PIF Saudi Ladies International 2025 returns to Riyadh Golf Club with a $5 million purse and a new format combining individual and team competitions.

The tournament introduces a hybrid format:

  • Days 1-2: Team and individual competition
  • 28 teams of four compete in four-ball format
  • Best two gross scores per team count
  • Team winners receive $500,000
  • Day 3: Individual strokeplay finals
  • Top 60 players and ties advance
  • Competing for $4.5 million individual prize pool

  • Defending champion Patty Tavatanakit
  • Former winners Emily Kristine Pedersen and Georgia Hall
  • Solheim Cup stars Charley Hull, Linn Grant, Esther Henseleit, Carlota Ciganda, and Albane Valenzuela
  • Major champions including Ruoning Yin, Jeeno Thitikul, and Danielle Kang
  • 2024 LET Order of Merit winner Chiara Tamburlini

Team selection process:

  1. Captains chosen from Rolex Women's World Golf Rankings
  2. Each captain selects one player
  3. Remaining two players randomly assigned

The tournament represents one of the largest purses in women's golf, exceeding the combined prize money of the first two LPGA Tour events of the season. The 112-player field will compete at Riyadh Golf Club, which recently hosted the LIV Golf season opener.
