LIV Golf Stars Triumph: Herbert and Burmester Win Global Tournaments, Five Players Land Top 10 Finishes

LIV Golf competitors showcased strong performances in worldwide events, with Lucas Herbert and Dean Burmester securing victories while other LIV players earned top finishes.

Herbert claimed the New South Wales Open title with a final round 67, finishing three shots ahead of Corey Lamb and fellow Ripper GC member Cameron Smith. The win marks Herbert's first victory in 19 months.

Burmester continued his impressive 2024 campaign by winning the Vodacom Origins of Golf on the Sunshine Tour by seven shots. The South African posted rounds of 67, 64, 63, and 66 for a dominant 28-under-par performance. This marks his fourth victory of 2024, following his LIV Golf Miami win and two DP World Tour titles.
