The sequel will see Adam Sandler return as Happy Gilmore, alongside original cast members Julie Bowen and Christopher McDonald reprising his role as Shooter McGavin. New additions to the cast include NFL star Travis Kelce and musician Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio.
McDonald, who recently appeared at the WM Phoenix Open, teased that the film will appeal to both original fans and new generations, praising Netflix's production value and Sandler's signature touch.
