During his college years at UT Austin, Birge won the walk-on tournament, earning him a chance to prove himself to coach John Fields. Despite intense nerves, he impressed during their round together, securing a coveted spot on the prestigious team.

As a freshman, Birge played alongside future professional golfers, including Jhonattan Vegas. This experience humbled him, particularly when Vegas outdrove him with a 3-wood against Birge's 300-yard drive, while also demonstrating superior short game skills.

Currently, Birge continues his successful music career, having gained popularity on TikTok and signing with Records Nashville. His journey from collegiate golfer to country music star showcases his diverse talents and determination to succeed in multiple fields.
