ESPN Taps Scott Van Pelt to Lead Star-Studded TGL Broadcast Team
Professional simulator golf league TGL has announced its ESPN broadcast team, with Scott Van Pelt leading as host. Van Pelt will handle pregame and intermission coverage from his SportsCenter studio in Washington, D.C., conducting player interviews throughout the broadcast.
Matt Barrie and Marty Smith will serve as play-by-play announcer and sideline reporter respectively. The broadcast will feature unprecedented player access, including real-time communication between commentators and competing players.
