"I may tee it up a few times next year," Thompson stated, though specific tournaments remain undecided. The 2014 Chevron Championship (formerly Kraft Nabisco Championship), where she claimed her sole Major victory, is likely to be on her schedule.

Looking ahead, the 29-year-old plans to:

  • Focus on her recently launched Lexi Fitness app
  • Travel for leisure rather than competition
  • Remain involved in golf development and youth programs
  • Pursue new hobbies
  • Spend more time with family and friends

Thompson's professional career includes 11 LPGA Tour victories. She emphasizes her continued commitment to the sport: "I'm not going anywhere. I am still involved in the game, and I want to lead the impact and get kids involved at a younger age."
