
Owen Wilson Stars in 'Stick' - New Golf Comedy Series Debuts June 4 on Apple TV+
Apple TV+ will premiere "Stick," a new 10-part golf comedy series starring Owen Wilson, on June 4, 2024. The first three episodes will release at launch, followed by weekly episodes every Wednesday until the July 23 finale.
Owen Wilson stars as Pryce Cahill, a washed-up golf professional who finds a new purpose mentoring a troubled 17-year-old golf prodigy after losing both his marriage and retail job. The series features several PGA Tour stars including Keegan Bradley, Wyndham Clark, Max Homa, and Collin Morikawa.

The show also includes appearances from golf broadcasters Jim Nantz and Trevor Immelman, along with notable golf personalities from Barstool Sports and Good Good. Created by "Ford v Ferrari" writer Jason Keller, Apple describes the series as a "heartfelt, feel-good comedy about a found family" that presents golf in an unprecedented way.

"Stick" joins other upcoming golf-related content including Netflix's "Full Swing" Season 3 (premiering February 25), "Happy Gilmore 2," and Will Ferrell's upcoming LIV Golf series, though the latter's release date remains unconfirmed.
