American professional golfer Gabby Lemieux was disqualified from Ladies European Tour Q-School in Morocco before hitting a single shot after missing her 9:41am first-round tee time. The incident occurred at Samanah Golf by Nicklaus, one of four Q-School qualifying sites.

According to reports, the issue stemmed from problems with Lemieux's phone alarm, causing her to oversleep. She was scheduled to play alongside Mexico's Mariam Colon and Sweden's Isabella Deilert.

This marks Lemieux's second Q-School disqualification, following an incident at LPGA Tour Q-School in August 2023. During that event, she was disqualified for signing an incorrect scorecard after reporting another player for allegedly replacing their ball incorrectly on the green.

The LET Pre-Qualifying rounds continue through Thursday, with top performers advancing to the final round at Royal Golf Marrakech & Al Maaden Golf Marrakech (December 16-20). The top-23 players and ties from three sites, and top-24 and ties from Noria, will progress to the finals.

Since her previous disqualification, Lemieux has competed in several ANNIKA Women's All Pro Tour events and received occasional Epson Tour sponsor exemptions.
